Small Group Training

Programs designed for up to 6 people.  These programs include a series of exercises incorporating free weights, cable machine, stability balls as well as other resistance and cardio equipment.  Each participant working the same program at their own level to improve strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.

Transition to Gym Assistance

SO Full of LIFE’S Personal and custom group training sessions will get you gym ready but if you feel you need accompaniment and extra assistance taking what you have learned into the gym; that service can be provided for you.
